theministore.in या इस पर बनी किसी भी दुकान का उपयोग करने पर आप इन शर्तों से सहमत माने जाएंगे।
1. सेवा के बारे में
The Mini Store is a website builder that lets a shopkeeper create a small online shop with a web address like theministore.in/yourshop. Plans are sold on a yearly basis.
The Mini Store एक वेबसाइट बिल्डर है जिससे दुकानदार अपनी छोटी ऑनलाइन दुकान बना सकता है, जैसे theministore.in/aapkidukan। प्लान सालाना आधार पर लिए जाते हैं।
2. दुकानदार की जिम्मेदारी
Each shop is owned and run by its own shopkeeper. Product details, price, stock, packaging, delivery, warranty, bills and after-sales support are the shopkeeper's responsibility. The Mini Store only provides the software.
हर दुकान उसके दुकानदार की अपनी है। प्रोडक्ट की जानकारी, कीमत, स्टॉक, पैकिंग, डिलीवरी, वारंटी, बिल और बिक्री के बाद की सेवा दुकानदार की जिम्मेदारी है। The Mini Store सिर्फ सॉफ्टवेयर देता है।
3. क्या नहीं कर सकते
Illegal goods, banned or restricted items, counterfeit products, adult content, weapons, drugs, and anything against Indian law are not allowed. Such shops can be removed without refund.
गैरकानूनी सामान, प्रतिबंधित वस्तुएं, नकली प्रोडक्ट, वयस्क सामग्री, हथियार, नशीले पदार्थ या भारतीय कानून के खिलाफ कुछ भी बेचना मना है। ऐसी दुकान बिना रिफंड बंद की जा सकती है।
4. अकाउंट और पासवर्ड
You must verify your email after signing up. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for all activity done from your account.
साइनअप के बाद ईमेल वेरिफाई करना जरूरी है। अपना पासवर्ड सुरक्षित रखें। आपके अकाउंट से हुई हर गतिविधि की जिम्मेदारी आपकी है।
5. भुगतान और प्लान
Plan fees are charged in advance for the period chosen and are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Features depend on the plan you are on and may change with notice.
प्लान की फीस पहले ली जाती है और भारतीय रुपये (INR) में दिखाई जाती है। सुविधाएं आपके प्लान पर निर्भर हैं और सूचना देकर बदली जा सकती हैं।
6. सेवा की उपलब्धता
We try to keep the service running at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the fee paid by you in the last 12 months.
हम सेवा को हमेशा चालू रखने की कोशिश करते हैं, पर लगातार सेवा की गारंटी नहीं है। अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसान, मुनाफे या डेटा के नुकसान के लिए हम जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे। हमारी अधिकतम जिम्मेदारी पिछले 12 महीनों में आपके द्वारा दी गई फीस तक सीमित है।
कानून और अधिकार क्षेत्र
All disputes and legal matters arising out of the use of this website and its services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
इस वेबसाइट और इसकी सेवाओं के उपयोग से जुड़े सभी विवाद और कानूनी मामले केवल दिल्ली, भारत की अदालतों के अधिकार क्षेत्र में ही निपटाए जाएंगे।
