कैंसिलेशन और रिफंड पॉलिसी

This page covers both customer orders placed on a shop, and plan payments made by shopkeepers.
इस पेज में ग्राहक के ऑर्डर और दुकानदार के प्लान पेमेंट — दोनों के नियम दिए गए हैं।
1. ऑर्डर कैंसिल करना
An order can be cancelled free of cost before the shopkeeper has dispatched it. Message the shop on WhatsApp or call the number given on the shop's Contact page.
सामान भेजे जाने से पहले ऑर्डर बिना किसी चार्ज के कैंसिल हो सकता है। दुकान के व्हाट्सएप पर मैसेज करें या Contact पेज पर दिए नंबर पर कॉल करें।
2. सामान वापसी
Damaged, defective or wrong items must be reported to the shop within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. Perishable goods, food items, innerwear and made-to-order products are generally not returnable.
टूटा, खराब या गलत सामान मिलने पर डिलीवरी के 48 घंटे के अंदर फोटो के साथ दुकान को बताएं। जल्दी खराब होने वाला सामान, खाने की चीजें, इनरवियर और ऑर्डर पर बना सामान आमतौर पर वापस नहीं होता।
3. रिफंड कब मिलेगा
Once a return or cancellation is approved, refunds for online payments are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery refunds are paid by UPI or bank transfer.
वापसी या कैंसिलेशन मंजूर होने के बाद ऑनलाइन पेमेंट का रिफंड 5–7 कार्य दिवस में उसी तरीके से वापस आ जाता है। कैश ऑन डिलीवरी का रिफंड UPI या बैंक ट्रांसफर से दिया जाता है।
4. दुकानदार की प्लान फीस
Plan fees are for a digital service that starts immediately, so they are non-refundable after activation. If a payment was charged twice or by mistake, write to info@theministore.in within 7 days and we will refund it.
प्लान की फीस डिजिटल सेवा के लिए है जो तुरंत शुरू हो जाती है, इसलिए एक्टिवेशन के बाद वापस नहीं होती। पेमेंट दो बार या गलती से कट जाए तो 7 दिन के अंदर info@theministore.in पर लिखें, हम पैसे वापस कर देंगे।
5. शिकायत
If the shop does not respond, write to info@theministore.in or call 8287498252. We will help resolve the matter, but the final responsibility for the product lies with the shopkeeper.
दुकान जवाब न दे तो info@theministore.in पर लिखें या 8287498252 पर कॉल करें। हम मदद करेंगे, पर प्रोडक्ट की अंतिम जिम्मेदारी दुकानदार की होती है।

All disputes and legal matters arising out of the use of this website and its services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
