Orders are fulfilled by the individual shopkeeper whose shop you ordered from. This page explains the general rules.
ऑर्डर उसी दुकानदार द्वारा भेजा जाता है जिसकी दुकान से आपने ऑर्डर किया है। यहां सामान्य नियम दिए हैं।
1. सामान कौन भेजता है
Each shop packs and delivers its own orders, either by hand/local delivery or through a courier service. Contact details of the shop are shown on the shop's Contact page.
हर दुकान अपना सामान खुद पैक करके भेजती है — लोकल डिलीवरी से या कूरियर से। दुकान के संपर्क नंबर दुकान के Contact पेज पर दिए होते हैं।
2. डिलीवरी में लगने वाला समय
Local orders are usually delivered in 1–3 working days. Courier deliveries within India usually take 3–7 working days after the order is confirmed. Delays can happen due to holidays, weather or courier issues.
लोकल ऑर्डर आमतौर पर 1–3 कार्य दिवस में और भारत में कूरियर से 3–7 कार्य दिवस में पहुंच जाता है। छुट्टी, मौसम या कूरियर की वजह से देरी हो सकती है।
3. डिलीवरी चार्ज
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. Some shops offer free delivery above a certain order value.
डिलीवरी चार्ज, अगर है, तो ऑर्डर कन्फर्म करने से पहले चेकआउट पर दिख जाता है। कुछ दुकानें एक तय रकम से ऊपर के ऑर्डर पर फ्री डिलीवरी देती हैं।
4. ट्रैकिंग और शिकायत
The shopkeeper shares delivery updates on WhatsApp or phone. If your order has not arrived in time, contact the shop first. If you do not get a reply, write to info@theministore.in.
दुकानदार व्हाट्सएप या फोन पर डिलीवरी की जानकारी देता है। समय पर सामान न मिले तो पहले दुकान से संपर्क करें। जवाब न मिले तो info@theministore.in पर लिखें।
5. गलत या अधूरा पता
Please give a complete address with pincode and a working phone number. Re-delivery due to a wrong address may be charged extra.
कृपया पिनकोड सहित पूरा पता और चालू फोन नंबर दें। गलत पते की वजह से दोबारा डिलीवरी पर अतिरिक्त चार्ज लग सकता है।

All disputes and legal matters arising out of the use of this website and its services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
इस वेबसाइट और इसकी सेवाओं के उपयोग से जुड़े सभी विवाद और कानूनी मामले केवल दिल्ली, भारत की अदालतों के अधिकार क्षेत्र में ही निपटाए जाएंगे।
