द मिनी स्टोर कैसे इस्तेमाल करें

1. 1

   Create your account

   अपना अकाउंट बनाएं

   • Click "Start shop", enter your email and a password.

     "दुकान शुरू करें" पर क्लिक करें, अपना ईमेल और पासवर्ड डालें।

   • Open the verification email we send and click the link. Check spam if you do not see it.

     हम जो वेरिफिकेशन ईमेल भेजते हैं उसे खोलकर लिंक पर क्लिक करें। न दिखे तो स्पैम फोल्डर देखें।

   • Now log in — you land on your dashboard.

     अब लॉगिन करें — आपका डैशबोर्ड खुल जाएगा।

   Set up your shop

   अपनी दुकान सेट करें

   • Dashboard → Settings: shop name, shop link (slug), logo, WhatsApp number, About Us and contact details.

     डैशबोर्ड → सेटिंग्स: दुकान का नाम, दुकान का लिंक (slug), लोगो, व्हाट्सएप नंबर, About Us और संपर्क जानकारी भरें।

   • Your shop link becomes theministore.in/yourshopname — choose it carefully, keep it short.

     आपकी दुकान का पता बनेगा theministore.in/aapkidukaan — इसे सोच-समझकर और छोटा रखें।

   • WhatsApp number must be correct — all orders come there.

     व्हाट्सएप नंबर सही डालें — सभी ऑर्डर वहीं आएंगे।

3. 3

   Add products

   प्रोडक्ट जोड़ें

   • Dashboard → Products → "Add product": photo, name, price, description.

     डैशबोर्ड → प्रोडक्ट → "प्रोडक्ट जोड़ें": फोटो, नाम, कीमत, डिटेल भरें।

   • Fill Available quantity (stock). Stock reduces automatically with every order, and out-of-stock items cannot be ordered.

     उपलब्ध मात्रा (स्टॉक) भरें। हर ऑर्डर पर स्टॉक अपने आप कम होता है और स्टॉक खत्म होने पर ऑर्डर नहीं होगा।

   • Basic plan: up to 20 products. Standard: up to 40 products.

     बेसिक प्लान: 20 प्रोडक्ट तक। स्टैंडर्ड: 40 प्रोडक्ट तक।

   Share your shop link

   अपनी दुकान का लिंक शेयर करें

   • Send theministore.in/yourshopname on WhatsApp status, groups, Instagram bio and Google Business.

     theministore.in/aapkidukaan को व्हाट्सएप स्टेटस, ग्रुप, इंस्टाग्राम बायो और गूगल बिज़नेस पर डालें।

   • Print the link or a QR code and paste it at your shop counter.

     लिंक या QR कोड प्रिंट करके दुकान के काउंटर पर लगाएं।

5. 5

   Customer places an order

   ग्राहक ऑर्डर करता है

   • Customer opens your link, adds items to cart and fills name, phone and address at checkout.

     ग्राहक आपका लिंक खोलता है, कार्ट में सामान डालता है और चेकआउट पर नाम, फोन और पता भरता है।

   • The full order opens as a ready WhatsApp message on your number — no app, no extra cost.

     पूरा ऑर्डर आपके नंबर पर तैयार व्हाट्सएप मैसेज में आ जाता है — न कोई ऐप, न कोई अतिरिक्त खर्च।

6. 6

   Manage orders

   ऑर्डर संभालें

   • Dashboard → Orders shows every order with customer details.

     डैशबोर्ड → ऑर्डर में हर ऑर्डर ग्राहक की जानकारी के साथ दिखता है।

   • Update status: new → confirmed → shipped → delivered (or cancelled).

     स्टेटस बदलें: नया → कन्फर्म → भेजा गया → डिलीवर (या कैंसिल)।

7. 7

   Pay for your plan

   अपना प्लान लें

   • Dashboard → Plan & payment card: choose Basic ₹999 or Standard ₹1,499 and pay by UPI, card or netbanking.

     डैशबोर्ड → प्लान व पेमेंट कार्ड: बेसिक ₹999 या स्टैंडर्ड ₹1,499 चुनें और UPI, कार्ड या नेटबैंकिंग से भुगतान करें।

   • Offer: pay for 2 years and get 1 year free. Plan activates instantly after payment.

     ऑफर: 2 साल का प्लान लें और 1 साल फ्री पाएं। पेमेंट होते ही प्लान तुरंत चालू हो जाता है।
